Returns

  • You may return unused, undamaged products in original packaging within 3 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us
